Power and Associates for providing “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience,” following the successful completion of call center performance recertification. The certification from J.D. Power and Associates recognizes the TRICARE North Region maintains the highest professional standards and promotes the best practices in the managed health care industry. TRICARE is the uniformed services health care program for active duty, retired, Guard and Reserve, and their families, provided through the Department of Defense.

The TRICARE North Region successfully completed the recertification process, which consisted of a post-call satisfaction assessment of several hundred TRICARE North region beneficiaries to evaluate call center performance. This is the second consecutive year that call center certification was achieved. Health Net Federal Services call centers are located in Rancho Cordova, Calif.; Johnstown, Pa.; and Hampton and Arlington, Va. PGBA’s call center is located in Surfside Beach, SC.
